Mr Ramayah was previously a corporate adviser, Executive Director and Non-Executive Director of several Australasian and international companies and a partner of an international law firm specialising in corporate commercial practice. He also established several medical technology and airline projects and managed their commercial expansion into Asia-Pacific and Europe. Mr Clarke joined Cereus Holdings soon after it was founded in 1991. He is also an Executive Director of MedTech Global Limited, an ASX-listed company since 2001. Russell’s banking and merchant finance background includes former roles as Chief Lending and Credit Manager for New Zealand’s largest finance company at the time, Company Secretary of Bancorp Holdings Ltd during its period as a New Zealand publicly listed merchant bank, and Executive Director of Bancorp Corporate Advisory. Russell is also currently a director of a number of private companies and a director of an unlisted public investment company. |

Mr Dyson is an entrepreneur and consultant with over 25 years experience in international technology companies. He has worked in Australia (8 years); France (8 years); the UK (7 years) and NZ (3 years). He has been CEO of two successful start-up technology companies (one in the UK and the other in India/ Russia). Mr Dyson is the founder and owner of a medical device consulting business as well as a medical distribution business that operates in the Middle East. He is a trustee of the Northern Cochlear Implant Trust (NCIT), a not-for-profit organisation in NZ and Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Directors and holds a BSc and BE(Elec Hons) from the University of Sydney. |

Mr Pillay has over 30 years experience in the finance industry. He is a venture partner with New Zealand based iGlobe Treasury Management Ltd. Previously Mr Pillay was an Executive Vice President of The Development Bank of Singapore Limited where he held responsibility for international operations, treasury, trade finance, corporate planning and human resources. He was Managing Director and CEO of The Insurance Corporation of Singapore Limited. Mr Pillay served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Institute of Foreign Bankers in Japan and President of the Life Insurance Association in Singapore and holds a BA (Hons) and MBA (Harvard). |

Stephen spent more than 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry holding many senior appointments. He was the CEO of an ASX listed company Agenix, the President of IMS Health Asia Pacific, the Managing Director and VP of Clinical Operations of Covance Asia Pacific and was the Head of the Oncology Business in Asia in Rhone Poulenc Rorer prior to their merger to become Sanofi Aventis. He was also the Group General Manager of Parkway Hospital Group in Singapore. Stephen graduated from the University of Singapore as a medical doctor and has a post graduate fellowship in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine of the RCOP in UK. He has consulted with many large companies in Asia especially on entry strategies and launch of new products. Stephen was a member of the Business Angel Networks of Southeast Asia, and was on the board of Apex, a Taiwan-based clinical research organization that was subsequently acquired by Paraxel. He is also a member of the international advisory board of the Korea National Enterprise for Clinical Trials (KoNECT). |

He has experience in a diverse range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, haematology, orthopaedics, fertility, immunology and cardiovascular disease. Seok Goo has held many senior positions in his 30 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. He was the Area VP of Korea in IMS Health and Commercial Director of Wellcome Korea prior to their merger with GSK. In Handok which is a JV with Sanofi Aventis, he played a critical role in their business development driving many licensing and strategic alliances with international companies in Europe, Japan and the US. He has succesfully launched and licensed products in the OTC and ethical segments with experience in the GI, cardiovascular and metabolic therapeutic areas. He is a pharmacist and has a MBA from Korea University. |

Prior to that she had more than 15 years experience in medical device research and development as well as clinical evaluation programmes with Bio Nova International Pty Ltd, Bio Nova Neo Technics Pty Ltd and Cordis Bio-Synthetics Inc., a subsidiary of Cordis Corporation. She has also been responsible for documenting the safety and efficacy of medical devices prior to approval for use in humans as required by Australian, Canadian and USA regulatory authorities and holds a Dip. He provides management services and veterinary expertise to the Australian thoroughbred racing industry. He holds a BVSc (Hons) from the University of Melbourne. |
