Description
Omniflow®II is a sterile vascular prosthesis for use in peripheral revascularisation or as an arteriovenous bridge graft.
Material of construction
Omniflow®II is comprised of a biosynthetic material composed of polyester mesh within ovine collagenous tissue stabilised in glutaraldehyde.
Method of sterilisation
The Omniflow®II prosthesis is sterilised with liquid glutaraldehyde by methods conforming to the requirements of EN 556 and ISO 14160.
Packaging
The straight prosthesis is mounted on a glass mandril and packed in a glass tube containing 50% ethanol in water. The tube has a tamper-evident seal.
The curved prosthesis is packed in a flexible double pouch containing 50% ethanol in water.
